The Density Cleaning Chamber, model CLDZ-2/CF, separates the impurities which are lighter than the seeds. This separation is performed through upwards air flow, generated by fans. The equipment also features a closed-circuit structure, which ensures the ambient cleanness.

The versatility of this equipment ensures that it can be installed in different process in a mill. For the best efficiency, we recommend one unit to be installed in the beginning of the process, in order to remove mainly the straws and, a second unit after the grading, for the remotion of the light impurities, which are still with the material, ensuring highest levels of purity.
